Bonder Home is a real estate investment and villa rental optimization consulting firm specializing in assisting property owners/investors in purchasing, developing, interior designing, and marketing their luxury homes in Spain with 15 Years of Experience in Luxury Real Estate. Our HQ is in Barcelona and our creative as well as the PM office in Ibiza. Bonder Home has a wonderful team of experts, not just in their field, but also in the destinations we are currently working at now. We can supervise the projects that we are working on at the moment but will fly to any other destination. We also have a team of trusted professionals that we manage and meet every time we need to.

Our fees vary depending on the project we take on and the service you hire us for. Let one of our wonderful Soulful Homes Sales Managers get in touch with you to understand your goals and needs and provide you with a tailor made proposal.

We can offer our services worldwide, we are VERY OPEN to exploring new ones, new smells, new plants and conquesting new souls. Currently, our projects are national, most of them are located in Ibiza, Menorca and Madrid. We have the best professionals so we are always open to new challenges!

We mainly work in the Balearic islands and Spain but we are capable and ready to take on any project. There’s also a great niche market for winter destinations that we can explore and expand.

Of course!! :-) We will be happy to help you with the construction phase and interior design. Our clients do not have to join us in our first phase of property acquisition, they can join us in the phase they need without any problem. Yet, consider the whole package!

Our sales department together with the eyes of our designers will be delighted to assist you in marketing your property in the rental or sales market, yet we may need to make some tweaking to make sure we maximize your home´s soul. We have an extensive portfolio of clients and 15 Years of Experience in Luxury Real Estate.

We don’t just assist with legal advice but we also take care of every step of the process and will always have your best interest in mind to make the most of your investment. That also includes the technical side, so we grant technical due diligence as well as legal due diligence in this way we are certain of the quality of the deal as well as the asset prior to formal acquisition.

Our commitment to you is that the acquisition of a property won’t take longer than six months from the moment we sign the contract with you to the purchase of the home. Once that step is completed, the timeline will be based on how much work the project needs. We will always put all our resources into place to make sure we are time efficient.

At Bonder Home we will study each project and present a tailor made proposal to you with the months of completion for each phase.

We don’t provide that kind of service but if you find someone to co-own a home with you we are happy to assist with the project.

Absolutely! 10% ROI is the minimum we guarantee but Paloma Bonder’s experience and extensive knowledge of the market along with her team, can advise and execute projects to maximize your investment and reach a higher ROI. Our first project offset all the investment of the renovation in one season.
